VIVA ExCon, or Visayas Islands Visual Arts Exhibition and Conference, is the longest-running biennial gathering of artists and art communities from all over the Visayas and beyond. Since its beginning in 1990, it has become a meaningful space where artists share ideas, build connections, and celebrate creativity rooted in local culture and identity. Each edition is hosted by a different Visayan island, continuing a legacy of unity and artistic growth.
