Guidelines & Additional Notes
Because Thrive Art Gallery is a dedicated, active exhibition space, we balance hosting community events with protecting the physical artwork on display. Please review our space guidelines before submitting your request:
- Exhibition Upkeep Contribution: To help us cover essential utilities (electricity and water) and staff presence, we request a modest maintenance contribution of ₱500.00 per day.
- Booking Policy: Dates are locked in on a strict first-come, first-served basis only after your request is approved and confirmed.
- A/V & Setup: We operate as a minimalist art space and cannot provide audio, visual, or sound equipment at this time. Organizers are welcome and expected to bring their own technical setup.
- Artwork Preservation & Care: To ensure the safety of ongoing exhibitions, the following boundaries are strictly enforced inside the gallery space:
- No open flames, smoke machines, or volatile materials.
- No modifications to existing gallery lighting tracks or hanging hardware.
- Food and beverages are restricted to designated serving areas and must be approved prior to the event.
