Below is everything you need to know about how the club works, what to expect, and how to manage your subscription.
1. Subscription & Pricing
- Monthly Fee: 400.00 per month (inclusive of packaging; shipping/courier fees apply depending on your location).
- Cut-Off Date: To receive the current month’s package, you must subscribe or renew by the 5th day of the month. Sign-ups after the 5th will receive the following month’s edition.
2. What’s Inside Your Monthly Envelope?
Each month, we curate a unique package centered around our current exhibitions, featured artists, and regional literature. Every package includes:
- Gallery Catalogue: A beautifully printed guide/catalogue detailing our current exhibitions, curatorial essays, and artist profiles.
- Artist Postcards: High-quality prints featuring works from our exhibiting artists—perfect for collecting or mailing.
- Exclusive Stickers: Limited-edition, high-quality stickers designed by local creatives.
- Surprise “Unique Items”: Rotating monthly extras which may include zines, bookmarks, art prints, studio ephemera, or exclusive studio access codes.
3. Shipping & Delivery Schedule
We batch-process all packages to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- Fulfillment Weekend: All subscription packages are packed and shipped on the second weekend of every month.
- Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Local (Within Iloilo): 1–2 business days.
- National (Rest of Philippines): 3–7 business days depending on the courier.
4. Managing Your Subscription
- Skipping or Pausing: Going out of town? You can pause your subscription for a month. Pauses must be requested via your member portal or email by the 25th of the preceding month.
- Address Changes: Please update your shipping address by the 1st of the month to ensure your package goes to the right place. We are not responsible for packages shipped to outdated addresses if updates were made after the cut-off.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
5. Returns, Damages, & Support
Because of the limited and curated nature of these items, all mail club sales are final.
📦 Damaged Items: If your package arrives significantly damaged by the courier, please take a photo of the packaging and its contents immediately and email us at admin@thriveart.org within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send out replacements for damaged items while supplies last.
